Uriel

Uriel was born and raised in Jerusalem. As the child of a tour guiding family, he grew up among the travelers passing through the Holy City. He found it fascinating that many of these travelers were drawn to Jerusalem for reasons of pilgrimage, so he decided to experience the life of a pilgrim for himself and undertook the Camino de Santiago journey.

Upon returning to his hometown, Uriel’s interest in the great variety of travelers and visitors to Jerusalem meant that working in the tourism world was inevitable! Today Uriel works as a tour guide and hostel receptionist, doing his best to show his amazing city to visitors from around the world.
