Public transportation
Tickets can be bought at the machines on all stations - using card or coins. You can also pay with DKK cash on buses. A two-zone ticket will suffice for most and costs 24DKK at the machines. If you are staying a bit longer you could get a 24-hour or 72-hour City Pass for unlimited travel on buses, trains and the metro in zones 1-4.

Airport transfer
From the airport you can get to the city centre by Metro, bus, train or taxi. If you are heading to Kongens Nytorv or Nørreport station then the Metro is the fastest way and the normal train is your best option to get to the central station.
Tipping
In Denmark the average salary is comparatively high, so waiters and waitresses will not expect you to tip. However, if you are happy with the service, feel free to leave something!
