Where to drink in Prague

BEST PLACES TO DRINK LIKE A LOCAL IN PRAGUE

OUR PICKS

Prague Beer Museum

We’re not sure we would really call this a museum of sorts but it is definitely worth going to. You will find up to 30 different Czech beers on tap and an owner who really knows his stuff.

Kavárna Mlýnska

This is really a cafe but we’ve added it to the list because you can get a pint of delicious unfiltered Bernard beer here.

Bar No. 7

Cool, international crowd.

Café Neustadt

This where the scene is at in Prague. Head here for a really good party where a great line up is put together every week. Check their Facebook page for updates.

Bajkazyl

Bajkazyl is a cool little pub along the river bank and also doubles as a bike shop (though we don’t recommend drinking and cycling).

Malkovich Bar

Incredible cocktails but the best part is the variety of people it attracts, from locals to expats to tourists to students. Great place to settle in for a relaxed evening.

U Kurelu

Cheap beer (and they make good food to soak up some of that beer), plenty of seats and good music.

Tiki Taky

This tiki bar is kitchy, has great cocktails and 80s arcade games. That sounds like the perfect night to us.

Zlý casy

Features an amazing array of Czech beers with dozens of craft brews.

Hospůdka Na hradbách

A superb beer garden with beers on tap and one of the best Balkan style grills in Prague.

La Loca

Live music and mini concerts to go with your drink? La Loca is the place to be for an entertaining evening.
