barcelona gaudi walking tour
Berlin local guide

Elisabeth

After completing her studies in both the german language and german history at universities both in the USA and Germany, Lizzy suffered a quarter life crisis and decided to depart the USA for her second native country, Germany. Even though her Bavarian family is still shaking their heads as to why she chose to move to the city described as 'Germany but not Germany' here Lizzy gets to explore the ins and outs of being one of the very few native English- speaking Germans in Berlin. When she is not busy with exploring the very few threads of medieval history in Berlin, you might find her doing anything from yoga, horse-back riding, enjoying a good dose of Tolstoy (the cold medication of literature; i.e. Good for you but painful to ingest) or perfecting her favorite Bavarian dishes learned from her 'liebe Mutti' (Mummy dearest) for hungry friends.
