5/5 Better than any of the bus tours
"We scheduled the free walking tour when we first arrived and had Yuri as our guide. We were blown away by his enthusiasm and knowledge. Great introductory tour of the city. Afterwards, we signed up for the afternoon tour with Francisco and the Belem tour with Yuri the next day. All I can say is you will learn so much history with these two guides and it is a much more informative tour than any of the bus tours (yes, we did all). If you like history, walking with new found friends and a great teacher, this is the ticket."

5/5 סיור עם Francisco da Cruze
"Francisco is an excellent guide! He is very knowledgeable, has a great sense of humor, knows how to attract everybody's attention and an extremely friendly and. helpful guide we highly recommend him."

One of Europe's most beautiful cities

As far as capital cities go, Lisbon has to be one of the most beautiful. This truly stunning place has seen it all, from the capital of a global empire to a reclusive dictatorship, from a devastating earthquake to the current title of one of the top destinations in Europe. The sights, tastes and history of Portugal can all be found here, and we help you see it through the eyes of Lisbon’s best local tour guides.

Discover the many faces of Lisbon with a passionate local guide

The original FREE Tour of Lisbon starts at the Camões Monument at Largo de Camões, and covers many of the top Lisbon attractions, including the Bairro Alto, Rossio Square, the Praça de Comércio and much more. After you've got the overview with the free walking tour, delve deeper with us!

Just outside of Lisbon lies Belém, where you'll see the Belém Tower, Jeronimo's Monastery, and the Discoveries Monument. Discover Alfama, the only part of Lisbon to survive the great 1755 earthquake, or why not take a day trip to Sintra, the entirety of which is a UNESCO World Heritage site.

Of course, Lisbon is famous for its food, and our Tapas Experience will introduce you to some of the best "petiscos" in town. Want to experience the legendary Lisbon nightlife? From cosy bars in narrow streets to huge clubs (with skip-the-queue entry), our Pub Crawl will keep you going until the wee smalls. One thing's for sure; the top things to do and see in Lisbon can all be found on a SANDEMANs tour!
