This is a pretty fabulous bar housed on a rooftop in Chiado. You basically get a panoramic view of Lisbon while you sip cocktails and enjoy your sashimi.

Terraço BA

This is a popular spot so be prepared to wait if you go after dinner. Very relaxed and a great place to chill and chat.

9Mercy Rooftop

Open from 3PM to midnight this is a great place if you want to have a break in the afternoon from sightseeing.

By the Wine

If you like wine, this is where you want to be at. All of Lisbon’s finest can be found here and there are also nibbles to make sure you can climb back up the hill once you leave.

Grapes & Bites

Don’t be fooled by the English name, this wine bar and restaurant only serves Portuguese wines and local cuisine.

Páginas Tantas

Open for nearly two decades, this jazz bar is now one of the few surviving classics of Bairro Alto. It opens shortly after dinnertime with live performances and drinks.

Solar do Vinho do Porto

If you don’t have time to go up to Porto then pop by this bar! They have over 150 type of port and cheese for you to try!

Sky Bar

With one of the best views over the city, this rooftop bar on the 9th floor of the Tivoli Lisboa Hotel is usually open from April to September.

Over six decades old, Hot Clube is one of the world’s oldest jazz clubs.
