Every day, over 5,000 customers like you join SANDEMANs-promoted tours in our cities around the world. We especially love to see our guests joining us from city-to-city as they pop up in Europe, the Middle East or the USA on holiday, and so we wanted to thank you for your continued loyalty!
Joining the program is easy as pie!
Next time you join a SANDEMANs FREE Tour, you’ll be given a card to start collecting stamps. As you make your way around our network, you’ll accumulate increasingly more generous rewards, ranging from a 50% discount on a paid tour in your second SANDEMANs city, to merchandise, attractions, complimentary tours and more!
See below for the terms and conditions of this program, including an overview of the rewards on offer, details on how you can collect stamps, and where to cash in your rewards.

1. You must be 18 years or older and a guest on a FREE Tour to be eligible to receive a loyalty card and participate in the loyalty program. For the card to be valid, you need to write your name in the space provided on the back.
2. To collect stamps, you must present your loyalty card to a staff member at the start of the FREE Tour. Your card will be embossed by a member of staff, demonstrating that you have been on the FREE Tour in that city.
3. Any city with a white outline counts for double points. If you arrive late, please speak to the SANDEMANs staff member during the FREE Tour break.
4. Stamps are only collectable on the FREE Tour, not on any of SANDEMANs’ paid tours.
5. You will receive one stamp for each city you join a FREE Tour in. Guests joining the FREE Tour for a second time in the same city are not eligible for a second stamp.
6. Stamps can only be applied during the FREE Tour of the city you are in. If you fail to have your card stamped at the time, it cannot be retroactively applied.
7. The stamps are cumulative; once you redeem a reward, the stamps you have already acquired will continue to contribute towards your total amount.
8. Should you wish to redeem rewards collected across multiple cards, please present all cards to the SANDEMANs staff member, who will ask you which card you wish to keep, reissue the stamps, and render the other cards invalid. Please note that the white bordered, double-point stamps may not be applicable for double points when transferring stamps across multiple cards.
9. The loyalty card is non-transferrable and designed for personal use only. Commercial use is prohibited.
10. SANDEMANs NEW Europe is not responsible for any liability due to loss or theft of the loyalty card. Cards lost will not be eligible for replacement.

You qualify for two complimentary tours.
You qualify for two complimentary tours and two merchandise items.
You qualify for one multi-ticket (two complimentary tours and one local attraction ticket) and one special merchandise item. If the city you are attending only has one paid tour available, you will then be offered an attraction ticket of equivalent value, or on rare occasions, may be asked to redeem your rewards in the next SANDEMANs city you visit.

You qualify for two multi-tickets (four complimentary tours and two local attraction tickets) and one unique VIP surprise reward. If the city you are attending has less than four paid tours available, you will then be offered an attraction ticket/s of equivalent value.
1. Redemptions can take place at any time, in any city, prior to the January 15th 2021 expiry date.
2. Redemptions cannot be split across cities – they must be redeemed in full in one city.
3. Rewards are intended for personal use. It is not possible to redeem two tickets for the same tour to give one to a companion, except in the cases that you have earned two tours in a city that only has one tour on offer.
4. Redemptions are only possible for the rewards indicated in the card; you cannot request alternatives, substitutes, cash or cash equivalents.
5. You will be required to present I.D at the time of redeeming your reward.
6. Discount/reward redemption is only valid at the start points or the break/end locations of FREE Tours, and can only be redeemed by SANDEMANs employees. If a discount/reward redemption is not possible in a certain city, or at a certain moment in time, it is at SANDEMANs NEW Europe’s discretion as to what alternative might be provided.
7. Redemptions on the rewards may not always be applicable for all products and services. The following tours are not eligible for redemption: Amsterdam – Bike Tour; Berlin – Beer Tour; Brussels – Chocolate Tour; Copenhagen – Food Tour; Dublin – Howth Tour; Edinburgh – Castle Tour; London – Oxford Tour; Madrid – The Spanish Experience, Evening Tapas Experience; Munich – Neuschwanstein Tour, Dachau Tour and Salzburg Tour; Paris – Versailles Tour. In Barcelona, Seville, Lisbon and Porto you will be presented with a menu of options indicating available tours and experiences.
1. By using the Loyalty Card you agree to abide by the terms and conditions of the SANDEMANs NEW Europe Loyalty Program.
2. The loyalty card is valid until January 15th 2021, after which time all stamps collected are rendered null and void.
3. As SANDEMANs NEW Europe VIP card holders receive free entry to paid tours, they are not eligible to join the customer loyalty programme.
4. The loyalty card is issued by, and remains the property of, SANDEMANs NEW Europe, which reserves the right to amend or alter the conditions of operation or withdraw the card at any time.
5. SANDEMANs NEW Europe reserves the right to take any appropriate action deemed necessary in the event that the cardholder has used the card in breach of these conditions and abused the loyalty program.
6. These terms do not alter the terms and conditions of any other agreement you may have with SANDEMANs NEW Europe, including any agreement for products or services.
