From dancers to editors to sculptors, there is no doubt that women have transformed Spain into the country it is today. Join us as we explore some of the memorials, locations, and statues around Seville that commemorate these great women.

Our special International Women’s Day Tour celebrates the female heroes who have shaped our history!

Learn about the patron saints Santa Justa and Rufina who, according to legend, protected the Cathedral during the great earthquake of 1504. Be inspired by the literature of Brigida Maldonado, one of the first female editors in Spain. Discover the determination of dancer Tortola Valencia who was a pioneer of the Feminist movement in Spain and a supporter of LGBT rights.
