Dear guests,

This morning Brussels was shocked by several coordinated terrorist attacks, which have claimed a number of lives in the Belgian capital.

In the interests of the safety of our team on the ground and those of our guests, we are cancelling all tours and promoted services not only today, but also tomorrow, Wednesday March 23rd.  We will give further information on when tours might resume once we have further information from the local authorities, but please note that people are currently being advised to stay indoors, preferably at home.

If you have booked a tour during this time, you will be refunded via the appropriate channels. At this time, please follow the news closely and contact your local embassy for up-to-date information, taking note of all instructions being given by city officials to stay safe. A list of some major embassies are below.

Should you be in the city and are looking for support, safety or simply somewhere to be, Meininger Hotel at Quai du Hainaut 33, 1080 Molenbeek-Saint-Jean is standing by to welcome those in need. However, please do not leave your current place or accommodation unless you have been advised it is safe to do so.

Our thoughts are with those affected by today’s tragic events.
