Hailing from the mountains of Fort William, a very curious and flamboyant giant emerged. First lured by the smell of tattie scone rolls, IRN-BRU and the musical culture of Glasgow, Dave was soon drawn further afield to find a new shape of bread: the baguette. After a year’s guiding in Paris, and then another in Berlin, he was drawn back to his native country to tell the story of his own forefathers. Expect tales of whisky, ballads, and battles – and that’s not just what he was up to at the weekend!!
